Te Mara Sunrise is a newly built, newly furnished 3 bedroom home in the ever popular village of Muri, home to the famous Muri Lagoon and the whites sands the waves gently lap on. Surrounding the grounds are plantations of paw paw and pineapple the view from the large verandah is serene and tranquil.

From the large verandah, double sliding doors open up to spacious airy living and dining areas, to the right a big fully decked out kitchen, and to the left ample room for jigsaw puzzles and TV watching (all one channel of it). A false wall separates these communal areas from the 3 bedrooms (the master bedroom has an ensuite) allowing privacy and a chance to nap in peace. The second bathroom is also in the back area. Down the road is Muri Beach and lagoon it will take less than 8 minutes to get there if you dawdle, or about 12 minutes to get to all the Muri shops, car rental spots, restaurants and Pacific Resort. In a word… everything is superclose, without being right next door … perfect.
