Recently completed, this brand new 2 bedroom home is perfect for small families wanting quality accommodation at an excellent price. The area (Titikaveka) is renowned for pristine beaches (400 metres away) and fertile land, amongst the locals its known as "the country".

Surrounding the property are mango, banana and paw paw trees and of course, coconut trees are everywhere.

From the veranda you look out over a vast lawn, ideal for kids to cut loose, the road is quiet and only used by those that live on it. Through the sliding door Kia Manuia opens up to the main living area with ample room for everyone during the rainy days. TV and DVDs will keep the kids occupied and wifi will keep the parents out of trouble. To the left of the living room is a full kitchen, and to the right are the two bedrooms, the master has a queen, and the second bedroom has two singles, there is ample wardrobe space in both.

Getting to the beach will take 5 minutes, pack a lunch because you probably won't want to leave. The sand is deep and white, and the lagoon azure blue.

Kia Manuia Cottage is excellent value at only NZ$805.00 a week for two adults. It's anticipated that those that stay here, will return again and again.
