Koka Cabana is situated at Muri Beach on the South-East corner of Rarotonga just 20 minutes from the main township of Avarua. A short walk of about 75 metres takes you to a beautiful sandy beach with stunning views of offshore islets. While the villa is beach side, there are two homes in front facing the beach [what we call absolute beachfront]. A gap between the two houses gives you private access to Muri lagoon.  The villa is an ideal home away from home for that special island holiday.

Koka Cabana has a smart modern interior with a spacious living area, modern kitchen downstairs and sleeping upstairs.
The kitchen has a gas hob, refrigerator, microwave/grill and adjoining dining suite.
The lounge includes TV, stereo/tape deck/CD player.
Stepping out onto the deck the BBQ is there for you to grill that fresh fish or steaks while enjoying your favourite early evening drink and preparing for the night's alfresco dining.  

The upstairs bedrooms consist of the main bedroom with queen-size bed and the second bedroom with two singles.  Both bedrooms have an ensuite, ceiling fan, air conditioning and balcony views.

A separate laundry includes washing machine, super tub and a downstairs toilet.
There is a phone in the house with all local mobile & phone calls free.

The location of the property means a short walk to the Sailing Club to watch the Saturday afternoon regatta or to hire windsurfers and snorkelling equipment. There is a free kayak at the house to explore the lagoon for the active and sun loungers to lie back and fulfil the dreams of a lifetime, a Polynesian beach, a blue lagoon and a good book! Good restaurants and small stores are just a stroll away.
