The house has two bedrooms with a sun room which has a double bed It is a cool house with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living area, bedrooms are also screened and there are portable fans for extra comfort. At home entertaining is made easier with a well equipped kitchen with electric oven, both a halogen and gas cook top, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee plunger and blender. In the well appointed bathroom there is a spa bath. The lounge/dining area contains most creature comforts, television, video, CD/DVD. The living area flows nicely out onto the covered deck that overlooks the pool. There is a gas barbeque, table & chairs (seats 6) with outside dining a pleasure. This is a house where the focus is on poolside enjoyment and leisure. The swimming pool and laundry facilities is shared with the Cottage (only sleeps 2) at the front of the section. The Villa in conjunction with the Cottage are perfect for larger groups.

All linen and towels are supplied for your stay
The Villa sleeps a maximum number of 6 however the owners have requested that there be no children under 12 at the property

The tariff for Matavera Poolside Villa is NZ$1400.00 a week for two people.
