Conveniently located between the main township of Avarua and the village of Arorangi to the West. This group of properties consists of two three bedroom cottages and one two bedroom cottage set on a large section, which is an ideal place for the kids to play.

The three bedroom cottages have the same layout with one queen and four single beds, separate bathroom facilities and open plan living/kitchen area. The two bedroom cottage has one queen and two single beds with again the separate bathroom and living/kitchen area. The interior partitions are wood (pine) with all windows louvred to take advantage of the breeze and the houses are insect screened, there are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area for extra comfort.

The lounge, kitchen and dining area are open plan and extend out onto a covered deck where there are outside table and chairs to enjoy alfresco dining. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, fridge/freezer and all the necessities.

While they are close to the airport it is hardly Heathrow or Kennedy and only a few minutes drive to the main township of Avarua and good swimming beaches also nearby.
All linen and towels are provided for your stay and there is a washing machine that is shared with all 3 houses.

Each house rents for NZ$560.00 a week for two people.
