This is a small private home for rent on Rarotonga. Rona Kaitangata is 50 yards from the lagoon in the south-eastern corner of the island near Muri and allows easy access to the beach which is just across the road. The house is situated on two-thirds of an acre. The best lagoon snorkelling on Rarotonga is at the eastern end of Titikaveka, a short walk westwards along the road or the beach.
Single separate bedroom with queen-sized bed, walk-through closet to bathroom with ample hot water shower. Gas-top cooker in fully-equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator etc. External laundry/washhouse with automatic washing machine.
Shady verandah on two sides of the house surrounded by trellis for privacy. Outside cold shower for washing off the sand. Ceiling fans in lounge and bedroom plus pedestal fan. All windows are fully insect-screened. Telephone with free local calls only. Bed linen and towels supplied.

It was very easy to set up transfers to and from the airport. The entire place was very clean and a perfect space for 2 people, as well explored the island we found that the location of this house was also PERFECT if you are good for walking a bit its easy to get everywhere but if you want to ride the bus there are multiple stops less than a 5 min walk away. Thanks to the host for recommending the mosquito spray, everyone was getting eaten up, we shouldbhave stopped by the store to get some other bug spray because there were quite a few ants near windows and doors but that could easily be addressed. Thank you for a good trip.

My stay at Rona K was wonderful and I highly recommend to stay here. It felt like home away from home. The bungalow was very clean, spacious, comfortable, filtered water, full cooking facilities and was in a peaceful neighborhood. The dogs and roosters make noise especially in the early mornings, but that is normal and expected if you travel anywhere in the tropics. The beach is easy access across the street but if you turn right and keep walking its nicer up that way. Eddie was super responsive, helpful, friendly and communication was excellent. The only thing were that the linens were not the cleanest, but was usable. Otherwise everything was awesome, I hope to come back again in future!
