This spacious studio bungalow has been built next door to the one bedroom house at Sunset Palms situated on the Western side of Rarotonga. It enjoys the same absolute beachfront location nestled on a white sand beach with the edge of the lagoon just 10 metres away.
Like the house the studio is self-contained. There is a king size bed [two single beds are available based on availability at time of request]. Lie on the bed or the sofa and enjoy the lagoon and breakers hitting the reef.
Facilities include all kitchen appliances, full fridge freezer, four burner gas stove, grill and oven. For entertainment and leisure there is a TV, Radio/CD, a hammock and two sun loungers and for extra comfort a pedestal fan. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, vanity and a place to hang clothes.
Step out onto the spacious covered deck that extends across the front of the house. A nice private part of the beach, this awesome lagoon view can be enjoyed from both inside and out.
Good swimming and snorkeling can be enjoyed in the area and a quiet romantic walk along the sandy beach at sunset is a must.
There is a phone in the house for free local calls.
All linen and towels are provided. Fresh linen and towels will be supplied approximately every fourth day of your stay.
From the house some forty metres down a private driveway is the road that surrounds the island and where the bus stops at the gate. A good local store is a five minutes walk away and several restaurants a short drive away
