Situated on the west side of the island in Arorangi, and across the road from the gorgeous Aroa beach, Sunset Beach Villas is perfect for loving couples.

Recently completed, both properties have been tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and mod cons. The large covered verandah welcomes all who enter and is perfect for outdoor dining and daydreaming. Through the double doors we enter the spacious main living and dining area with a brand new full kitchen just to the back. To the left is the master bedroom with windows on three sides to ensure passage of sea breezes and soft tropical light.

Outside and off to the left of the verandah is a fully enclosed sunbathing area with an outdoor soak tub to cool off in, just in case walking for one minute to get to the beach is a little too much effort for the day… perfect.

Just to add to the luxury Sunset Beach Villas is serviced every three to four days so you don’t have to lift a finger (except to adjust your sunglasses maybe).

The minimum stay at the property is one weeks stay (7 nights)
