Akapuao Villa will be the closest thing to a private hotel most of us will ever get to experience, situated on the backroad of the village of Tikioki (between Muri and Titikaveka) Akapuao is a very private escape which is able to easily take up to 12 people.

Akapuao is ideally suited for two or three families on holiday together or large groups and wedding parties. The pool at the center of the complex is gated so the little ones can roam without getting into too much trouble. Surrounding the pool is the 4 bedroom main house and two studio units. Between the main house and the units are the pool and a very large covered outdoor dining area, perfect for big family feasts and entertaining, the BBQ there is big so cooking in a big way will be a breeze.

All the homes have verandahs of their own, TVs stereos and kitchens showers and bathrooms, and all of them overlook the pool, the main home has four bedrooms with the master bedroom having its own ensuite and decking out the back that overlooks taro plantations and Rarotonga's mountainous jungle interior.

The home is 400metres from one of the whitest sand beaches on the island and boasts excellent snorkling due to the area being a marine reserve. It is also situated on a side road off Tikiokis back road. Which makes Akapuao an extremely peaceful quiet place to stay. The locals call Tikioki "the country" so you can imagine how busy it is.. its not.

Te Akapuao is ideal for large groups wanting to get away from everything!

The minimum tariff is for 1 weeks stay (7 nights).  

For the Main House and both studios (12 people) NZ$5250.00 a week
Main House only (8 people) NZ$3150.00 a week
Studio (2 people) NZ$1260.00 a week
