This classic 1970s A frame is situated in the village of Titikaveka. Across the road is the glorious Titikaveka beach and lagoon, a favourite for swimming and snorkeling.

Te Puna's open plan living area incorporates the kitchen, living and dining areas with a bathroom and shower to the back. Upstairs are two single beds at the top of the stairway in an open area, and through that to the master bedroom with a walk out balcony giving views of the grounds.

Te Puna is close to a number of stores and resturants in the area, and public transport.
