Yala Villa is situated in Upper Tupapa amongst a backdrop of beautiful mountains, and across the road through a dense coconut grove to one of the best fishing beaches on the island. The marine life is abundant and locals come from all over the island to fish for Trevalli, Moki, Cod, Octopus, Shellfish and other island delicacies. Kids can spend hours exploring the reef, gathering shells or paddling in the rock pools.

A 5 minute drive to the white sandy beaches of Muri one way and 3 minutes to Avaruas supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants the other, places Yala’s near everthing without having to be in it. For day-to-day things there are a couple of small stores within walking distance.

Yala’s is a three-bedroom home which has two bedrooms with queen size beds and in the third bedroom two single beds sleeping up to six comfortably.

The lounge/dining area is extremely spacious with numerous tables lounge suites and the like for everyone to have their own space. Sliding doors extend out onto a covered deck with more tables and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing.
The house has ceiling fans throughout and comes with a well-equipped kitchen. All linen and towels are provided for your stay however it's wise to bring your own beach towels for those family trips.

Yala’s offers significant value for families at NZ$695.00 per week for the whole house, there are no extra charges for extra people.
