On the beach is an ocean swell break to protect the home from super king tides (they happen rarely) and keep the beach sandy. You're able to walk around it, 10m to the right.
The lounge is roomy, light, airy and comfortable. The kitchen full of everything needed to cook and eat at home.
Maurua Beach House has a master bedroom (king bed), and the second bedroom (2 singles) that come off the main living area, both bedrooms have air conditioning. Also off the main area is the laundry and bathroom.
The area around Maurua Beach House is home to a number of turtle tour operators (the area is the spot for turtles) and 1km away from the best grocery store in the south (Wigmores).
Maurua is ideal for a small family or a couple looking for the "perfect spot".
