On the south side of Rarotonga, and just 20m off the main road from one of Rarotongas most pristine snorkling areas, hides two new studio bungalows.
From the covered verandah, the bungalow opens up to spacious bedroom and living area, with a modern open kitchen and bathroom at the back. Everything is new and designed for tropical comfort.
Lyas Bungalows offer sheltered privacy and stunning tropical mountain views.
Access to the beach is literally across the road and the likelyhood of seeing anyone there is remote.
The bungalows are 600m along the beach to Moana Sands, and 400m to Little Poly and Fruits of Raro (Rarotongas top snorkling site).
Lyas Bungalows are in the Titikaveka subvillage of Tikioki, and is affectionately known as "the country".
A walk along the road going inland will reveal where all the market produce originates, pineapples, bananas, paw paws and other tropical goodness.
Lyas Bungalows are ideal for one or two couples wanting to holiday, and snorkle but not live together (friends or inlaws).

I thought I would send you a quick note to say thank you for the use of Lya's bungalows. We had a fantastic time in Rarotonga and the bungalow was just what we needed, good location, good snorkelling, good facilities. We plan to go back to the island again next year so we will be in touch early next year to book the bungalow again.

Hi Eddie,
Just arrived home,lit the fire so I can wander around my lounge in shorts as I was accustomed to on your wonderful island. Totally enjoyed the holiday and the people of Rarotonga. I think Titikaveka is the place to be and when we return Lya's Bungalows is where we would like to stay again.
